Find new ways of behaving and coping skills to bring about positive changes in your life.
-
Manage and overcome stress, anxiety, and depression.
-
Offer a way of balancing or resolving difficult emotions during crisis or in stressful life situations.
-
Build confidence to feel and behave differently in the world
-
Feel more secure and content in your life.

“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”

What I do

Counselling
Whatever is bringing you to counselling, I will work with you to ensure we take an approach that is appropriate for your situation and is proven to be effective. I may also recommend EMDR therapy if you have experienced past trauma.

Coaching
Coaching is distinct from counselling. In a coaching relationship, I will help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions. Coaching is generally short-term with a specific goal in mind.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gold standard therapy, recognised by the World Health Organisation that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
